Hi there, and thanks for stopping by!
I think it’s always nice to know a little more about your trainers’ background, and where his/her passion for wellness has come from. So with that in mind, here is a bit more about me!
I actually come from 10 years in Corporate Marketing! While I completed my marketing degree all those years ago, I also worked at the Australian Institute of Fitness – my passion for wellness already well underway.
As I entered the corporate world, I found myself feeling ‘unfulfilled’. I completed my cert 3&4 in Fitness and began training clients part time. As I continued to grow my fitness knowledge and certifications, I continued to climb the corporate ladder, finally going on Maternity leave in 2019 with my first child and again in 2020 with my second (hello two under two!). During my Maternity leave (with all that spare time you have as a parent) I continued to study and focus on my passion for pre & post natal fitness.
I’m very fortunate to be able to offer a quiet, peaceful home studio space for my clients. I personally found it very difficult to find qualified trainers during my pregnancy as I dealt with severe Pubic Symphysis, Diastasis Recti and a hip-injury. I feel it’s important to know your trainer is not only qualified, but has been in your shoes… sleep deprived, morning sick, achy, unfamiliar with your new body.
I want to help you be the best mum you can be, by looking after you! So you can not only wake-up energized for your little ones, but so you can get back to doing all those things you love!
